1.Wash fresh potatoes, if you want you must not peal them.
2. Cut them into slices.
3 Cover a baking tray with a thin layer of olive oil.
4. Put the potatoes slices onto the baking tray.
5. Put salt and rosemary on it.
6.Bake the potatoes on 200 degrees 40-45 minutes.
